First Session - Initial Contact

Service Description

The first initial contact you have with your therapist is about building a relationship. In this session we'll explore what brings you into therapy, gain a better understanding, and review necessarily intake paperwork more in detail. We'll develop a plan that is conducive to your success in treatment and answer any question you may have. This session is longer than a standard therapy session to allow for adequate time to build a relationship, discuss plan for treatment, and answer any questions. Your course of treatment is always individualized to your needs.
